DISTILLERS NOTES
OUR SPIRIT – 100% Irish Single Malt, triple distilled, traditional copper pot, matured in Virgin American Oak and finished in beautiful Oloroso Sherry casks. Non-chill-filtered and no added colour or enhancers.
TASTING NOTES NOSE – Delicate well balance Irish notes, oily, citrus, (orange peel), classic Irish Barley and distinctive sherry wood appeal.
TASTE – An initial gentle spiciness, giving way to a balanced sweetness with sherry. Barley grain is always present with hints of oil, leather, and citrus.
FINISH – The leather appeal comes through with fine sweetness, sherry, and confectionery notes.
