Taste Notes
Nose
Juniper forward with delicate notes of citrus and lovely hint of ripe Dublin Rhubarb.
TASTE
A subtle yet robust silky mouth-feel led by juniper and a fine combination of zesty grapefruit and rhubarb.
Finish
Broad on the palate with tart yet wonderfully warm, spicy appeal courtesy of green cardamoms.

I’ve enjoyed our gin in many a cocktail, especially anything that plays upon the Rhubarb, like a home made rhubarb syrup makes for something special.

Made from milk spirit, start neat over ice with a twist of orange peel, delicious smell and smooth sipper. For something longer I simply add a modest amount of Indian tonic for the sparkle.
