OUR SPIRIT – 95% Irish Single Malt, 5% Irish Single Grain, triple distilled, matured in specially selected American Oak and Oloroso Sherry casks.
TASTING NOTES NOSE – Classic sweetness, well-balanced Irish complexity, oily, citrus, classic barley, and gentle sherry.
TASTE – Gentle balanced sweetness, fruity elements, interesting malt notes, and seductive roundness.
FINISH – A very well-balanced whiskey, fine sweetness, sherry, distinctively long finish to relish.
