TASTING NOTES 
NOSE – Delicate well balance Irish notes, oily, citrus, (orange peel), classic Irish Barley and distinctive sherry wood appeal.
TASTE – An initial gentle spiciness, giving way to a balanced sweetness with sherry. Barley grain is always present with hints of oil, leather, and citrus.
